Maintenance Agreements

After investing in the latest Audio Visual technology we recommend that our customers protect their investment with on-site maintenance agreements. We tailor all our agreements to ensure you have adequate service level to your meet your individual needs.

Service Engineers

We have engineers available throughout the UK. They have a wealth of experience and formal qualifications to draw on. All our engineers hold CSCS certification.

On-site Technicians

ComcenAV can help you with technical assistance. If you need an on-site engineer to assist with venue setup, video conference configuration or just to support your own on-site support we can provide assistance.

Extended Warranties

All the products ComcenAV supply come with manufacturers’ warranties. These typically last between 1-5 years. If you wish to extend the length or enhance the coverage then please give us a call.

In-house Repairs

If you do not wish to take advantage of our maintenance agreements or extended warranties we can still offer a full repair service. We will collect the faulty item to assess the fault and provide a quote for a repair you can then make the judgement as to repair or replace.
