Reactive Audio Visual maintenance

If a maintenance agreement is not for you, we do offer reactive Audio Visual maintenance. Just call us on 01792 515504! Our free telephone support is available for all customers. Where possible, we will try and diagnose and fix an issue over the phone to get you up and running as quickly as possible.

When a device fails it may be necessary for our engineers to visit. They will attempt to diagnose and fix the problem on-site, however, this isn’t always possible. The device will be removed and returned to us for a full inspection where onsite repair is unattainable. We will inspect the item, diagnose the fault and advise on the estimated cost of repair. If the repair is not cost-effective we will advise you on the best replacement. For critical items we can arrange for loan equipment whilst your item is being repaired.

We recommend that all customers take advantage of our FREE AV audit. This will provide a report of all AV items and highlight areas of concern and thus can be used as a preventative tool.
